x= (-b+-√b^2 -4×a×c)/2a
alpha is same in sin and cos hence alpha =45°
sin 45=(-b-√b^2 -4ac )/2a
OR
cos 45=(-b-√b^2 -4ac )/2a
sin 45=cos 45=1/√2
1/√2 = (-b-√b^2 -4ac )/2a
1/√2 = (-b-√b^2 -4ac )/2a

Hope that the answer works hint for you that value of b is 0 or 1
