Roots are: sin a and cos a
sum = sin a + cos a = -b/a --(1)
prod: sin a cos a = c/a --- (2)
(1)^2 - 2 * (2): sin²a + cos²a = 1 = b²/a² - 2 c/a = (b² - 2ac)/ a²
so b² - 2 a c = a²
c = (b² - a²)/2a
