If sinθ -cosθ = 0, then the value of ( sinθ+ cosθ) is _____?

⇒ 4 = (cos θ) (1 - sinθ) + (cos θ) (1 + sinθ)/1 - sin2 θ)

⇒ 4 = (cos θ - sinθcosθ + cos θ + sinθcos θ)/cos 2 θ

⇒ 4 = 2cos θ/cos 2 θ

⇒ 4 = 2sec θ

⇒ sec θ = 2

∴ θ = 60°
