Hey!

Given that,

sinθ=1/3

From this we can find out the value of cosecθ. We know that cosecθ is the reciprocal of sinθ so,

cosecθ=3/1=3

Also we can find cotθ by using the Triangle Law. We know that sinθ=P/H so,

1^{2}+B^{2}=3^{2}   \\B^{2} =9-1\\B=\sqrt{8}

We know that cotθ=B/P

cotθ=√8

Now substitute all these values to the given equation,

2*(3)²+(√8)²-1

2*9+8-1

18+7

11.

The answer comes '11.'
