heya friends✋

.===============

Sin¢=1/3=p/h 【consider as p is perpendicular b is base and h is the height of right angle triangle 】

➡then according to Pythagoras theorm...

b=√h^2-p^2

=>√3^2-1^2

=>√9-1

b=√8=2√2....

now"" tan¢=p/b...

so, tan¢=1/2√2 Ans.

hope it help you...
