hey mate here is your solution .
sin theta = 20 / 29 = p/h
cos theta = b/ h = √(29)^2 - (20)^2 / 29
cos theta = 21 / 29 ans...

as we know sin²∅+cos²∅=1
so
(20/29)²+cos²∅=1
cos²∅=1-400/841
cos²∅=841-400/841
cos²∅=441/841
cos∅=21/29
