If sin theta = 3/4 , calculate all other trigonometric ratios.​

Given : sin theta= 3/4

to find : cos theta, tan theta , cosec theta, sec theta, cot theta

solution: (sin theta)^2+ ( cos theta)^2 =1

(3/4)^2+ ( cos thta )^2=1

9/16 + ( cos theta )^2=1

(cos theta)^2= 1 - 9/16

( cos thta )^2 = 7/16

(cos theta ) = √7/4

tan theta = sin theta /cos theta

= 3/4/√7/4

=3/4 x 4/√7

tan theta= 3/√7

cosec theta=1/ sin theta

= 1/3/4

= 4/3

sec theta= 1/ cos theta

= 1/√7/4

= 4/√7

cot theta= 1/ tan theta

=1/3/√7

= √7/3
