In rt. ∆ABC,

Ac^2=AB^2+BC^2

(5)^2=AB^2+(3)^2

25=ab^2 + 9

Ab^2=16

Ab=4

Now, tan A*cosA+cotA

=3\4*4/5+4/3

=3/5+4/3

=29/15
