 your \: answer =  \frac{31}{20} \\  \sin(x)  =   \frac{6}{10}  =  \frac{3}{5}

So p/h=3/5

Let p=3x, h=5x

So, b=4x.

cos theta + tan theta=

b/h+p/b=4x/5x+3x/4x=4/5+3/4

=31/20
