Sin∅ = 6 / 10


p / h = 6 / 10



Let ratio constant be x


so ,

p = 6x

h = 10x


So ,


b = √ ( 10x ) ² - ( 6x ) ²


b = √ 100x² - 36x²


b = √64x²


b = 8x


Now ,


Cos∅ = b / h


= 8x / 10x


= 8/ 10


And ,

tan ∅ = p / b


= 6x / 8x

= 6 / 8


Now ,


cos∅ + tan∅


= 8 / 10 + 6 / 8


= 32 + 30 / 40


= 62 / 40


= 31 / 20
