consider theta as α
sinα=a
cosα=√1-sin²α=√1-a²
secα=1/cosα=1/√1-sin²α=1/1-a²
cosα+secα=√1-a²+1/√1-a²
Take LCM
1-a²+1/√1-a²
2-a²/√1-a²
Multiply √1-a² on both numerator and denominator
2-a²(√1-a²)/1-a²
