given sinα,cosα are the roots of equation x²+bx+c
so protucts of the roots are c/a
=>sinαcosα=c (since a=1)
sum of roots are -b/a
=>sinα+cosα=-b
squaring on both sides
=>(sinα+cosα)²=b²
=>sin²α+cos²α+2sinαcosα=b²
=>1+2c=b² (since sinαcosα=c)
=>b=√(1+2c)
