sin theta - cos theta = 0

sin theta = cos theta

theta = 45°

because values of sin 45° and cos 45° are same, i.e. 1/root2

now, accordingly to trigonometry table-

sin45° = cos45° i.e, 1/√2

so, value of theta = 45°
