sin theta + sin square theta =1
= sin θ =1-sin square θ
= sin θ = cos square
= sin square θ = cos^4 θ
=1- cos^2 θ = cos^4 θ
= cos^2θ + cos^4 θ =1
Hence , cos ^2 θ + cos^ 4 θ = 1
= sin θ =1-sin square θ
= sin θ = cos square
= sin square θ = cos^4 θ
=1- cos^2 θ = cos^4 θ
= cos^2θ + cos^4 θ =1
Hence , cos ^2 θ + cos^ 4 θ = 1
