explanation.

1-cos2B +1-sin3A=0 => 2sin^2B +sin^2(3A/2)+cos^2(3A/2)-2sin3A/2cos3A/2=0 => 2sin^2B +[sin(3A/2)-cos(3A/2)]^2=0 So sinB =0 or B = 0 and Sin (3A/2)=cos(3A/2) => tan(3A/2)=1 = tan45 => A = 30 Hence cos2A +sin 3B = cos(2*30) +sin(3*0) =cos60+sin0 = 0.5
