sine is the projection of a pharor on the perpendicular axis of it. the component work there is just simply equal to the sine value of angle at the point . if it is the case of cosine , cosine is the projection of a phasor along the axis from which the angle is measured. if sine of an angle , say ∅ is equal to 1
i.e. sine(∅)=1
it means that if it is measured from x axis it is perpendicular to it and is all way up, not a single component work along the x axis.
