Sin A = 1 = P/H
=> H^2 = P^2 + B^2
=> 1 = 1 + B^2
=> B = 0
Base value can't be zero.
Hence , there's an error in the Question. ( By Pythagoras rule )
But ....
Sin A = 1
So, A = π/2 =90°
=> Cos A = Cos π/2 = 0

Step-by-step explanation:
sin + 1 - sin^2 = 1
So, sin - sin^2 =0
sinA ( 1 - sinA) = 0
So, either sinA = 0 or sinA = 1
i.e. A = 0° or A = 90°
For A = 0°
sin0 + cos0 = 0 + 1 = 1
For A = 90°
sin90 + cos90 = 1 + 0 = 1
