therefore, opp. = 3 and hypt.= 5

h^2 = b^2 + O^2

5^2 = b^2 + 3^2

25 = b^2 + 9

b^2 = 25-9

b^2 = 16

b = 4

since tan theta = opp./ base

tan A = 3 / 4
