sinA=[cos] ^{2} 45
so sinA=1/2
now  cossec*cossec=1+cot*cot
   so 2*2=1+cotA*cotA
so cot A=1/2
so tanA=1/cotA=2

tauseefalam1998: your answer is wrong.....correct answer is tanA = 1/sqrt{3} ................................................ sinA = cos^2 45
sinA = 1/2
sinA = y/r
y = 1 , r = 2
r^2 = x^2 + y^2
2^2=x^2 + 1
x = sqrt{3}
tanA = y/x
tanA = 1/sqrt{3}
