=>sin30°+cosy=1 【here is given that x=30°】
=>1/2+cosy=1 【as you know that sin30°=1/2】
=>cosy=1-1/2
=>cosy=2-1/2
=>cosy=1/2
=>cosy=cos60【as you know that 1/2=cos60°】
=>y=60° Ans ...
