if snow falls in any area,because the temperature of snow is very low less than 0°degree so, when the temperature is high in any area,then the temperature of area is neutralised by the temperature
of snow and thus heat is vapourized by
latent heat of vapourization and (cooling
caused by vapourization) thus we feel cool.
