if some existing modules are to be reused in building a new system, will you use a top down or bottom up approach? why?

I think bottom - up would take up more time than top - down method .

And if we are planning to reuse existing modules , there is no need for us to star from complex modules and sub modules .

Hence if modules are reused then the better option is Top - Down
