I am answering this based on my experience. If any seeds are taken the main factor is water. Adequate water should be provided for the seeds to germinate.

Next the potting soil should be fertile and rich in nutrients. This aids the plant to grow well.

The seeds should be sown at proper depth. There should not be too many seeds in a small area. The seeds should be healthy and ripe.

The soil should be provided with adequate oxygen. this can be done my loosening the soil.

first the seeds want to be a high quality

if we keep the seeds in a water the seeds want to sink then the seeds are so good

when we are irrigating we must mix the seeds with fertilizer because then te seeds get capability to germinate
