If someone has congenital eye problem then he/she can go to overseas/abroad for job by Visa (like Saudi Arabia , Dubai) . Is eye testing mendatory to go to oversease ? If someone can not read very distance alphabet , can he/she go to overseas ? But he/she can read near alphabet but not far . He/She is perfectly fit ( physical ) except eye problem (one eye problem from birth ). He has completed H.S exam . Need answer this question .
