if someone disturbs you just avoid them by ignoring every time..if he or she younger than you u can just slap him that he can never disturb you..... if he or she is elder than u first u request them that u are getting disturbed by them... if he or she don't listen u give comlain to his or her parents then he or she will not disturb you...
