let 1st zero=

 \alpha

let second zero =

 \beta

sum of zeroes = 12

 \alpha  +  \beta  = 12

product of zeros = 35

 \alpha  \times  \beta  = 35

 \alpha  +  \beta  =  - b  \div \: a

-b/a=12......(1)

 \alpha   \times \beta  = c  \div a

c/a=35 .....(2)

from equation 1 and 2 ... we get that a=1

therefore,

-b=12

b=-12

c=35

on applying the values of a, b and c on quadratic formula we get....

{x}^{2}   - 12x + 35
