New sum of zeroes=(α-β)+(α+β)
=2α
New product of zeroes=(α-β)(α+β)
=α²+αβ-βα-β²
=α²-β²

p(x)=k[x²-(new sum of zeroes)x+new product of zeroes]
p(x)=k[x²-2αx+α²-β²]
