A.T.Q :

$\longmapsto\tt{\dfrac{-6}{2}+x=\dfrac{-14}{9}}$

$\longmapsto\tt{x=\dfrac{-14}{9}+\dfrac{6}{2}}$

$\longmapsto\tt{x=\dfrac{-28+54}{18}}$

$\longmapsto\tt{x=\cancel\dfrac{26}{18}}$

$\longmapsto\tt\bold{x=\dfrac{13}{9}}$

So , The second number is 13/9...
