Given :

  • One of them = -6/2

To Find :

Solution :

\longmapsto\tt{Let\:other\:no.\:be=x}

A.T.Q :

\longmapsto\tt{\dfrac{-6}{2}+x=\dfrac{-14}{9}}

\longmapsto\tt{x=\dfrac{-14}{9}+\dfrac{6}{2}}

\longmapsto\tt{x=\dfrac{-28+54}{18}}

\longmapsto\tt{x=\cancel\dfrac{26}{18}}

\longmapsto\tt\bold{x=\dfrac{13}{9}}

So , The second number is 13/9...
