If sum of two rational number is -3 if one of them is -9/5 find the other​

hey mate

let the other be (x)

x + ( \frac{ - 9}{5}) =  - 3

 \frac{5x - 9}{5}  =  - 3

5x - 9 =  - 15

5x =  - 24

x =  \frac{ - 24}{5}
