if sum of two rational numbers is -4 upon 15 , one of the numbers is -3 upon 5 , find the other number ​

le the missing no be x

according to the question

-3/5 + x = -4/15

x= -4/15 +3/5

x= -4 +9 / 15

x= 5/15

x = 1/3

hence the other number is 1/3
