If sunlight is necessary for photosynthesis then how do plants grow by tissue culture inside the laboratory rooms where only artificial light is available as a source of light

because the enviornment of laboratory is approx same as natural temprature and atmosphere lights of laboratory has different type of energy which feels plants as same as natural atmosphere
