if sunlight is necessary for photosynthesis then how do the plants grown by the tissue culture grow inside the laboratory rooms where only artificial light is available as a source of light​

It's not true that only sunlight can perform photosynthesis...any light can perform but the process will be slow...it will not as fast as photosynthesis occur in sunlight...
