For perfect diamagnetic materials

1) magnetic susceptibility is negative

magnetic susceptibility is given by the ratio of M and H and for diamagnetic materials magnetic susceptibility is negative

2) relative permeability is slightly less than 1

relative permeability is given by the ratio of B and H and for diamagnetic materials relative permeability is slightly less than 1
