if take same amount of mass of TNT and uranium it will release same energy or not according to e=mc2

false..... energy released in TNT is due to breakage of bonds in the molecule while in case of uranium fission of the atom takes place hence lighter elements are formed from heavier element....whereas same mass of elements release same energy when fission is induced..fission doesn't takes place in molecules hence e=mc^2 doesn't apply there.
