If taken to glass I fill both of glass half half of water and in one glass I put 2 drops of ink and in one glass I put two drops of coconut oil what will be happen now

Ink spreads in the water in glass due to diffusion on the other hand coconut oil is immiscible in water i.e, it does not mix with water and floats on the surface.
