Tan (3x-15°) =1
Tan(3x-15°) =tan 45°
So, on comparing
3x-15°=45°
3x=60°
X=20°
Here is your answer
Hope it will help

Given:The value of tan (3x-15)° = 1

To find: Value of x

Solution: tan (3x-15)° = 1

In a co-ordinate plane, the value of tan a is positive in the first and third quadrant. Since here the value of tan a is a positive integer, therefore 3x-15 lies either in first or the third quadrant.

We know, tan 45°=1 and tan 225°=1. Here, 45° lies in first quadrant and 225° lies in the third quadrant.

Therefore,

3x -15 = 45 ---- Case(i)

3x-15= 225 ---- Case(ii)

Taking case (i):

3x-15 = 45

=> 3x = 45+15

=> 3x= 60

=> x = 60/3

=> x = 20

Taking case (ii):

3x-15 = 225

=> 3x = 225+15

=> 3x = 240

=> x = 240/3

=> x = 80

Therefore, the value of x is 20° or 80°.
