if tan(A+B)=√3and tan(A-B)=1/√3 find A and B

from the above given tan values we can write:

a+b = 60  and 

a-b = 30 

 

Adding the two equations: 

 

2a = 90; 

therefore a =45 degrees and b = 15 degrees.

A+B=60

A-B=30

2B=30
=B=15

A+B=60
A=60-B
=60-15
= 45
