identity :

sec² Q = 1 + tan²Q

Now ,

sec² Q = 1 + ( 3/5 )²

= 1 + 9/25

= ( 25 + 9 )/25

= 34/25

Therefore ,

sec Q = √(34/25)

= √34/5
