if tan theta = root 3
implies cos theta = 1/2 (by hypotenuse rule)
therefore 1+ cos theta is = 1+ 1/2 = 3/2.

hope my answer helps you.

hello users ....

Solution:-
we know that
the value of
tan 60° = √3
And
cos 60° = 1/2

Here,
tan θ = √3

=> tan θ = tan 60°
=> θ = 60°

now,
1 + cos θ

= 1 + cos 60
°

= 1 + 1/2

= (2 + 1) / 2  taking LCM....

= 3/2 Answer

# hope it helps :)
