If Tan∅=\frac{A}{B}. Then can we assume that Sin∅=A and Cos∅=B

No..you have to add some constant of proportion.

Like k.

You can say that sinTheta=Ak and cosTheta= Bk.

Just like a ratio A:B =2:3 does not necessarily mean that A =2, B =3. Some constant factor has to be there.
