if tan theeta = 1/ √3,and theeta is an acute angle find the value of sin and cos theeta​

Answer:

 \tan(x)  =  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} }

and x<90 so

x= 60°

therefore,

 \sin(x)  =  \sin(30 )  =  \frac{1 }{2}

 \cos(x )   = \cos(30)  =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2}

You Can Also Do it by considering a triangle with two sides 1 and √3 and hence finding the hypotenuse using Pythagoras theorem which u will get √4... _________________________________________
