Answer:

tanθ=3–√⟹θ=π3orθ=4π3

θ=π3⟹1+cosθ=1+cos(π3)=1+12=32

θ=4π3⟹1+cosθ=1+cos(4π3)=1−12=12

tan x = sin x/cos x= sq rt 3

sq rt 3. cos x=sinx

3 cos^2 x= 1- cos^2 x

4 cos^2 x=1

cos x= + 1/2 or cos x= - 1/2 depending on whether x is in 1st or 2nd quadrant

cos x= 1/2 then 1+cos x= 3/2

cos x=-1/2 then 1+ cos x= 1/2
