Tanx=4/3 implies Sin x=4/5, cos x=3/5 then
4 sin^2 x - 3cos^2x+2 =4(16/25)-3(9/25)+2
=64/25-27/25+2
=37/25+2=87/25
4 sin^2 x - 3cos^2x+2 =4(16/25)-3(9/25)+2
=64/25-27/25+2
=37/25+2=87/25
