tan x = b/a

so b is height and a is base

so Hypotenuse by pythagoras will be

=a² + b²

Sin2x = 2 sinx cosx

= 2 × height / Hypotenuse × base × Hypotenuse

= 2 × a × b / (root(a²+b²))²

so putting in (a² + b²) Sin2x

(a²+b²) × 2 × a ×b / (a² + b²)

2ab answer

meanishasharma: But the answer is 2ab
meanishasharma: You have done a wrong in the answer
meanishasharma: The hypotenuse will be √a^2+b^2
vibhwizard: yeah
vibhwizard: sorry
meanishasharma: It's ok
meanishasharma: Thanks for your help
