Step-by-step explanation:

tan17°=a/b---->I

sec17°=(√a²+b²)/b----->II

cos17°=b/√a²+b²

cosec73°-cos17°

=cosec(90-17)°- cos17°

=sec17°-cos17°

=(√a²+b²)/b-b/√a²+b²[FROM I AND II

=(a²+b²-b²)/(√a²+b²)

=a²/b√a²+b²

Hence proved.
