If tanA = 4/3, prove that 2 sinA - 3 cosA/ 2 sinA + 3 cosA = -1/17​

Answer:-

tan A=4/3=opposite side/adjecent side

AC²=AB²+BC²=√(4)²+(3)²=√25=5

  • sin A=4/5

  • cos A=3/5

now,

=>LHS

=>2 sinA - 3 cosA/ 2 sinA + 3 cosA

=>2(4/5)-3(3/5)/2(4/5)+3(3/5)

=>8/5-9/5/8/5+9/5

=>-1/5/17/5

=>-1/17

LHS=RHS

-1/17=-1/17

HENCE PROVED
