The Increase is by 46.4%

Explanation:

We know that,

Radiation emitted

E\propto T^4

When temperature is increased by 10%, the new radiation emitted will be

E'\propto (1.1T)^4

E'\propto1.464\ T^4

Percentage increased = \frac {E'-E}{E} \times 100

= \frac {1.464T^4-T^4}{T^4} \times 100

= 46.4%
