k2 = [(T2/T1)^4] × k1
if T1 = 100
then T2 = 100 - 1 = 99
then...k2 = (99/100)^4 ×k1
k2 % = (k2/k1) × 100 %
k2% = (99/100)^4 ×100
k2% ~ 96%
hence k2 decreases by 4% (100-96)
