If ten percent of Sugar solution and nineteen percent of sugar solution is seperated by a semi permeable membrane,what happens after some time?

Here sugar solution is osmotically active because the solutes that cause osmosis are known as osmotically active particles. As water is entering through osmosis, the above condition becomes true and we can consider the sugar solution as osmotically active.
