Given:-

(3^{3}) ^{2} = 9^{x}

To find:-

The value of x

Solution:-

(3^{3}) ^{2} = 9^{x}

(3^{2}.3 )^{2} = 9^{x}                                                                          (∵x^{m+n} = x^{m}.x^{n})

(9.3)^{2} = 9^{x}

Opening the brackets,

9^{2} .9 = 9^{x}

9^{3} = 9^{x}                                                                               (∵x^{m}.x^{n} = x^{m+n})

Copying the powers,

⇒ 3 = x

Hence, x = 3
